    For critics to deduct points from Worms for not being innovative is ridiculous. The gameplay is classic, deducting points for it is like deducting points from a Tetris game for its gameplay or Pacman for its gameplay. This is the most balanced, best presented, fun and strategic Worms yet. Worms is a great game for a handheld, and this game capitalizes on that. Worms fans should be pleased and this is a great package for newbies too. Most highly recommended.… Expand

    Would have been ok but nobody plays it online an multiplayer sucks for that reason not worth your money.

    Much stronger game than its predecessor: It has faster loading times, faster AI, a dozen new weapons, a long career mode, puzzle mode, a shop where you spend points to buy new stages, sounds, weapons & more, good music, and last, but not least, online multiplayer with support for clans, buddies, downloads, leaderboards & more. Definitely one of the most fun and polished strategy/action games on the PSP. Superb work by Team17. It deserves a better score than 62 like PSM3 Magazine UK give it. I sincerely hope this game won't be overseen like a few past games have.… Expand

    This game is awesome, it could possibly be the most feature rich game on the psp. Yes its still worms but worms is great an they put a few spins on the gameplay like new weapons and new physics elements like the water rising effect in the pirate level. My only gripe about the game is a very minor bug that makes you wait the cpu's hole turn even if hes down but its only an extra 30 seconds an doesnt hurt the gameplay an doesnt happen every time. I think this game should be a must buy.… Expand

    pros: fun gameplay, cool weapons, no major flaws. cons: not enough pre-made maps, themes, campaign, training or time-trail missions, boring interface. OVERALL: a fun game but it definitely needs more maps and themes.

    In many ways, it's the best Worms yet. There's a substantial amount of weapons, a gargantuan level of options and plenty of multiplayer fun to be had. However, it is just Worms, a game that's appeared on every format known to man for the last 13 years, and follows extremely quickly after last year's dubious handheld debut. Ultimately the question remains, how much Worms do you need?
