There has never been an affordable game so original, challenging, funny, or entertaining before.
The character designs are very imaginative, while the sets and graphic ideas are great. Raze truly is a cool looking character, and the Kewletts are too cute to leave alive.
With over 20 massive levels in which you destroy, search, escort, hostage rescue, defend, create diversions, ambush, and much more, you will have fun finding new ways to infiltrate the Kewletts each time around.
The game's large assortment of weapons, online and co-op play, and handful of fiendishly addictive mini games far outweigh the first generation graphics and frame rate issues.
If the difficulty curve were balanced a bit better, and the production values were higher -- meaning graphics, because the dialogue is awesome -- Raze's Hell would fare better in the score department.
Thin humor does bring a few laughs to the satirical underpinnings. Not bad for 20 bucks. [June 2005, p.57]
