• Summary: Play as Mumble in the ultimate adventure to win the heart of Gloria and save the Emperor penguin nation. Based on Warner Bros. Pictures' comedy adventure Happy Feet, Midway's immersive videogame puts the player in the "tap shoes" of Mumble, a young penguin born into a nation of Emperor penguins - where each needs a Heartsong to attract a soul mate. Unfortunately, Mumble is the worst singer in the world... however, as it happens, he is a brilliant tap dancer! [Midway] Expand

  1. This is the sort of game that's perfect for the Wii Remote as anyone can pick it up. [Jan 2007, p.79]
  2. It's great too see the movie's characters like Mumble and Gloria but the Wii controls are used in a gimmicky way that adds very little substance to a game that could have been really fun.

While the title does feature the same story and characters as its silver screen counterpart, it lacks the charm. The basic gameplay mechanics are incredibly simple and they repeat so often that the action is doomed for monotony.

Not worth $50. The entirety of the gameplay that I've seen so far consists of the same 3 or 4 mediocre minigames rehashed again and again. I've seen better promotional games in cereal boxes. Expand

  3. I don't think a game can get simpler. This is even a disgrace to the bargain rack. With almost no motion control, and very simple challenges, this game should have been advertised to younger children. The tap dancing is slow paced and uses only the d-pad. Not to mention that it is another DDR ripoff. This is one of those games that gave licensed titles a bad rap. Avoid this mess at all costs- Nintendo made a mistake approving this garbage. Expand
