A great game, but it's also the same core experience we've been playing for years now, and it's making steps in the right direction, but inches at a time, instead of true leaps.
  2. Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is a great game that will give hours of enjoyment to anyone who is looking for a fighting game or likes the Naruto series.

With so many additions, Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is the best Naruto fighting game so far, but here's hoping the next iteration includes online multiplayer. [Dec 2008, p.102]
  4. Players who have yet to experience the Clash of Ninja series and die-hard fans of the anime should without question grab Revolution 2. However, anyone who owns either Clash of Ninja 2, Gekitou Ninja Taisen 3/4, or Clash of Ninja Revolution should probably hold off on a purchase as the game has not changed significantly enough to warrant one.
  5. Naruto comes back to Wii in a videogame with an original story, new characters, more stages and a battle experience so exciting as ever. However, its lack of innovation is a true problem for the fans who bought the first Clash of Ninja Revolution game. For them, this new iteration will turn out too familiar.
  6. Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 features an original storyline that was never shown in the anime, new playable characters, a long storyline with mission mode and multiplayer up to 4 friends. Definitely one of the best fighting games on Nintendo Wii.
  7. It’s hard pointing out why this game is good or bad. This is because the last Naruto game is similar in so many ways to the previous one. It still works great and looks lovely, but we’re missing new elements. It’s like seeing a great movie over and over again. So the question is: how many times do you usually want to watch the same movie again?
  8. There’s much to do in this fun, but strictly offline fighting game.
  9. Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is still a good game, but the rehashed feel keeps the title from hitting its goal of greatness.
  10. I definitely enjoyed Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2, but at the same time, I didn't come away impressed with the small amount of changes and additions.
  11. Naruto's back and well, with same graphics and a gameplay system that uses the very same formula of its latest edition, improving the number of fighters and gaining balance between fighting styles. Though it's very much the same game once again, it will take you long to unblock all the new goodies that Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 offers.

Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is a slightly better upgrade from the last game, Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution. If your expectingNaruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is a slightly better upgrade from the last game, Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution. If your expecting drastic new changes such as graphics, your out of luck. However the story mode is quite interesting. It doesn't follow any of the arcs in the original show but instead makes an original arc of their own. Without spoiling anything, it's interesting. The multiplayer is about the same but with a ship butt-loaded with new characters! Overall it's a nice upgrade from the original game on the Wii and consider picking it up for the fighting mechanics, not the story arc. Full Review »

Clash of Ninja 2 is pretty fun, the graphics are very nice and well made , the gameplay is similar to the previous entries. The story is veryClash of Ninja 2 is pretty fun, the graphics are very nice and well made , the gameplay is similar to the previous entries. The story is very short leaving you whining for more, but at least the developer added some cool other ideas. The fact that you also finish the game, you don't get all the characters, so you need to play the features to unlock those secret and awesome "new characters" . But outstanding. Full Review »
