Rabbids Go Home is not a Raving Rabbids sequel, but an altogether different experience -- one far more inspired and ambitious. This title at times feels like an action romp and at times a platformer on wheels, but regardless of the scenario, you'll be having fun and smiling if not laughing.
  2. This slow-starting platformer is simple at times but builds up to a goofy good time.
  3. The humor and ever changing gameplay provides a rip-roaring experience that you’ll be hard pressed to find in another game. Remember games are supposed to be fun and Rabbids Go Home is a fun-filled experience that shouldn’t be missed regardless of the score.
  4. Rabbids Go Home is a pretty fat package, with loads of cool extras. The Rabbids channel is an inspired addition, and the level play of the main game is rock solid throughout.
  5. Rabbids Go Home, though at times repetitive, is a fun game with laugh-out-loud animations. Any game with Rabbids in fisticuffs over a pouch of Capri Sun is okay in my book.
  6. Not everyone is going to enjoy this. Some people will never warm to Ubisoft's anarchic little fiends, many will find the constant enthusiasm draining. This isn't a purchase for hardcore enthusiasts or steely battlefield veterans with a thousand-yard stare and a pico-second response time. The rest of you, should you be able to engage your inner child, could well find a big old slice of the fun pie cooling on your windowsill.

Even with the game's strength is its unusual and original tone, players can rest assured that this game is just as accessible as it is odd. Featuring an overdose of quirky charm and a wide range of fun-filled gameplay, gamers who aren't used to playing titles outside of the norm will be remiss if they don't give Rabbids Go Home a chance.
  8. In a nutshell, Rabbids Go Home is an incredibly entertaining game that's almost sure to please ... if you can get past its repetitive nature.
  9. As it stands, I think it makes for a great rental, or maybe a discount pick-up in the future, but it's not something that Wii owners could do without.

Everything from the soundtrack (which features licensed tracks like "Somebody to Love" and "Me and Mrs. Jones") to the customization features to the virtual pet-style Rabbid-inside-your-Wii Remote bonus mode adds enough personality to the relatively simple platforming to make this worth playing.
  11. Rabbids go Home is a simple, yet original and very enjoyable action game, full of moments that are gonna make you laugh out loud. In short terms, it's a lot of fun.
  12. Witty, energetic and hugely entertaining, even if it isn't particularly smart. [Winter 2009, p.72]
  13. The Rabbids are certainly the most endearing characters we've seen in recent years, but their offbeat charm isn't enough to carry this unoriginal and rather stale action-platform title. If this is the future of the Rabbids then they should most definitely go home and stay there.
  14. Years ago we wondered if the Rabbids concept would stall, but these rabbits are back as savage as ever.
  15. The lack of multiplayer and the agonizing repetition still unfortunately knock this game a notch below its predecessors, but a few fantastic adventures toward the end await those who can pull through.
  16. It's a wholly entertaining romp filled with non-stop nonsense and inspired moments that set it apart from almost every other Wii game. [Christmas 2009, p.120]
  17. The Rabbids have their own game, a funny and smiling adventure.
  18. The whole adventure is bonkers from start to finish, and it's all the better for it. Rabbids Go Home won't be held up alongside true genre classics, but it's one of the best Wii games released this year and is sure to put a smile on your face.
  19. Repetition aside, Rabbids Go Home is still a worthy title just short of becoming a Wii classic.
  20. Difficulty issues aside, this is a definite step in the right direction for the Rabbids, and I hope to see them continue this way. [Holiday 2009, p.88]
  21. Half platform, half racing game, with a bit of BWAAAAAAH!
  22. An easy, pretty and fun platform adventure, which throws some elements from skateboarding games and Katamari Damacy into the mix. [Jan 2010]
  23. Rabbids Go Home is an excellent mixture of madness, fun and irreverence. Let the Rabbids come in and enjoy their crazy humor: this one is absolutely the best title of the series!
  24. 40 minigames bring a lot of fun – even for beginners. A funny adventure for everybody who buys this game!

Rabbids Go Home is a humorous adventure that demonstrates the Rabbids are capable of staring in something other than a mini-game compilation. The game is full of wacky scenarios, has a visually appealing art direction and is just plain good fun.
  26. 78
Rabbids go Home is a very nice game which unfortunately scores bad on the graphics. Still Rabbids go Home is fun to play thanks to the nice gameplay and the overload of humour.
  27. Rabbids Go Home is an extremely entertaining and funny game – the Rabbids’ attitude and anarchic humour paper over a lot of the repetition and minor faults that pepper the game. The two player mode is passable but Rabbids Go Home excels as an all-out single player game, full of unexpected wit and a relentlessly fun atmosphere, and one you’ll love if you’re after a pick-up-and-play game to cheer up these dark Winter nights.
  28. "The rabbits can do much more than just play silly games, as Rabbids Go Home proves. Still, the creators didn't manage to create a challenging adventure game, because the game is too repetitive and easy. What remains is a good looking game that will make you laugh more then once, but never really becomes great.
  29. The Rabbids' first proper game is a huge improvement on the earlier mini-game collections.
  30. If you love the Rabbids or just want a great game for your Wii, don't hesitate and take the Rabbids home.

Too repetitive. Unless it gets better towards the end it's not worth buying. The previous Rabbids are more fun.
