To be frank the game is just very lacking and very bland. With all the great summer titles hitting high numbers it's a safe bet that this one will make the scratch list in the next few months.
  2. The card game may be old, but it’s far from obsolete, providing a perfect counter from the faster-paced, high-concentrate titles.
  3. It's a solid adaptation of a fun card game, and at 400 Microsoft Points it's priced just right.

It's a decent adaptation of a fun card game, and at 400 Microsoft Points it's priced just right. If a few things were tidied up this would be one of the elite card genre titles, but it still holds its own against the competition.
  5. But the bottom line is that playing Gin online is now possible for about $5.,It works, and is just as addictive as the real thing.

More could have been done with creating a cool look and adding some incentives for playing. Still, Gin Rummy can get addictive. There's just not a whole heck of a lot here.
  7. Simple, straightforward, no thrills gin rummy.
  8. For anyone who enjoys tossing cards, this game is a relaxing experience, and worth chilling out to. [Sept 2008, p.79]
  9. It's a very specific genre game, but for those into the genre, Gin Rummy is a great title.
  10. Another low-grade offering. [Issue#34, p.117]

There are several modes such as Hollywood and Oklahoma but they are rarely worth playing as most Live users stick to Classic Gin Rummy or the Speed version. Overall the presentation matches the level it should be for a card game - nothing fancy. Full Review »
