  • Summary: MotoGP '07 is a next-generation motorcycle racing title, delivering an authentic MotoGP racing experience. Featuring life-like visuals, complete 2007 rider and team data, new 800cc MotoGP bikes and the newly-announced Misano event, the game's GP mode will be more robust than ever before. The title also features interactive track-side crowds, intense on-line tournament features, on-line "pink-slip" racing, a revamped Extreme mode (that allows players to race on city streets around the world) and significantly more bike and player customization options. 1. If you're a race fan, break out the adult diapers. [Sept 2007, p.76]
  2. A great motorbike racing game. It feels a bit too familiar, though. Did we not see this game last year? And the year before? [Oct 2007]
  3. A pretty awesome game. It definitely takes a little while to learn the game if you're a complete newbie. But once you pick it up and learn everything, it's a very engrossing experience.
  4. MotoGP 07 continues to be what it should: a solid, if simple cycle racer that delivers good value for two-wheel enthusiasts.
  5. There are some new features, but they come down to things we've seen many times before (Pink Slip racing) or something that should have already been in the series (Championship mode). The title makes a few concessions for casual players, but the requirement of playing a whole season before unlocking Extreme mode just seems like a slap in the face to all of the seasoned MotoGP fans who want the tuning and buying to begin from the get-go.
  6. Aside from making MotoGP 07 more accessible, Climax hasn’t really made too many other major alterations. [Sept 2007, p.110]
  7. The biggest flaw for MotoGP 07 is that despite how well the control scheme works and how rewarding the gameplay can be the game simply doesn't bring much to the table in terms of progression of the series.

This is a perfect continuation from the Climax Moto GP series. They fixed last years graphical tearing issues, and even upgraded the graphics (including 1080p!). My only complaint is they haven't yet added the 125cc and 250cc grand prix classes. Everything else is perfect. Expand

I've always appreciated this series. It's hard as all get-out, but rewards smart racing and patience. The franchise hasn't moved forward since Moto GP3 on Xbox, but I still dig each installment. Lame achievements, though. THQ and Koei both need to be a little more liberal handing them out. Expand

Very good and enjoyable. Handling inproved alot. Carrer mode still bit slow, no plot or motive. Great for fans of this genre.
