The Xbox LIVE Vision Camera, used for many of the games, is a complete bust (surprise!) forcing players to rely on a sometimes baffling controller scheme.
Not nearly enough craftsmanship went into the creation of the title and the end result is a meager offering.
The game’s characters look like poorly-drawn imitations of the classic cartoons, feeling like cheap flash games than any sort of licensed imagery.
What at first sounds like 'fun for the whole family' turns out to be a bad case of 'fun for nobody.' Rocky And Bullwinkle is an unfortunate case of a good license slapped on a terrible excuse for a game.
Over 100 minigames, none of them as good as the "Wario" equivalents. [July 2008, p.96]
If you don't have the resources to do something like Rocky and Bullwinkle justice, don't bother making a game at all.
