  • Summary: UFC Undisputed 2010 is the only mixed martial arts (MMA) videogame this year that delivers the action, intensity and prestige of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Players navigate a roster of more than 100 prolific UFC fighters, each fully rendered to convey a photorealistic appearance. Prominent UFC personalities, including commentators Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg, veteran voice of the Octagon Bruce Buffer, the Octagon Girls, referees, trainers and more, return to showcase an authentic and memorable UFC videogame experience. Enhanced combat offers players a new Sway System with full upper body and head movement that allows for the dodging of attacks. On the ground, a new Posture System enables players to deliver stronger, fight-ending strikes from every position. In addition, players manage Octagon control with new strikes, submissions, transitions and cage positions, as well as experience added realism with the introduction of Southpaw stance. Players also enjoy customizable freedom with created fighters by combining moves from numerous MMA disciplines, including new moves taken from Sambo, Karate and Greco-Roman Wrestling, to become true mixed martial artists. This is easily one of the finest sport recreations we've seen, as it nails the experience. The online fight camps and Create-a-Fighter modes will keep you busy well through the next several pay-per-view events, and the presentation is second-to-none.
  2. UFC Undisputed 2010 is an astounding fighting game, with an extremely deep gameplay experience, many play modes and, most importantly, many gameplay changes. The only downside could be a higher difficulty level, so confront it only if you're willing to spend some hours to master all the controls and the fighters' moves.
  3. UFC 2010 Undisputed is a much better game than the previous one. The combat system is deeper and more complete, and the sway system is a nice addition as the possibility to change submission on the way and the more physical interaction with the cage. Even the career mode has more variety than before. If you love MMA, this is your game.
  4. Busting semi-famous faces has never been so much fun. Essential viewing for fight fans. [Aug 2010, p.86]
  5. UFC Undisputed 2010 is definitely a step above its predecessor.
  6. Undeniably the finest UFC experience on any console to date. Graphical glitches aside, UFC 2010 captures the brutality and epic nature of the sport like nothing else, providing the perfect game to display its deep and satisfying fighting system.
  7. As far as the gameplay is concerned, this may be one of the deepest fighting games I've ever played.

This game improves on ufc 2009 to create a great MMA game. And this is easily the most satisfying mma game ever created. If you are a fan of devastating Ko's and brutal submissions do not thinks twice to pick this game up. Expand

This game is by far the gearest fighting game ever created and will no doubt defeat EA's MMA.

Great improvement from 2009. Only thing that bothers me is that at times it seems to be a bit too easy to get the knockout. I wish there were a few more decisions that would make the knockout that much more special. Expand

Overall gameplay is great. The fact that you can unlock video of some of you favorite knock outs, buy reliveing the events in game is awesome. Graphics are slightly more polished and the overall roster much improved. Expand

While still moderately fun and there are few minor upgrades this is still generally the same as 2009 and i have yet to fight in this game and go without either knockingout or be knockedout in the first round. Flash knock outs are very rampant still and thus games end quickly. Collapse

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Hello,

I have around 10 y experience on online gaming and I tell you a true.
UFC is one of stupidest games I ever played. Its bad designed, has poor game play and totally sux. Looks Japanese did it.

I've started one week ago and I prefer to wait for MMA EA . They at least know how to do a good game like FN4 - there you need to have a game plan and execute it + skill to knock down your opponent.

Here its just stupid : rotate right stick and press 3 buttons for ugly designed strikes. Seems they never seen and they have no idea about how fighers are moving. They looks like retarded chickens, shots are scrippted. Submissions - even dont deserve to talk about it :) Career mode is just retarded. You have to fight again Soszynski for ex. with stats 30 . Gl&Hf. Also sparing - lol - slam and hit. Wow that's interesting. Camps : good idea. damn bad designed ( spend 13 minutes to find that what i was looking for. you even cant sort it by skills or what )
Matches are boring, comentary is ugly ( must to turn off ) every time you here same show and over and over the same. Game is funny for first 3 hours. Till you recognize that you do all time same things. Seems that who loves it must be too stupid or too unskilled to play FN4 or other games. Coz controls here are just totally random. rotate rotate rotate LB RS rotate lol. Good controls and believe me it damn soooo boring.

So dont even bother to buy it and waste your time. I m selling my copy for Xbox points with good exchange rate.

Awkward, repetitive, boring. KOs too often, career is tedium, online is total crap. MMA is out now so avoid the UFC. If someone say's UFC 2010 over MMA... they're just all about UFC and probably don't know who these great fighters in MMA are. In fact... they most likely thought UFC = MMA and didnt understand the UFC is simply a piece of this fantastic sport. HOpefully UFC will makea better product next time out, but they'll only need to if MMA does well. Other than that... we'll get a lifetime of this crap. Expand
