TimJ.Feb 1, 20024Excellent spell effects can't make up for poor gameplay, most especially due to really bad level design (after walking around a level with nothing to kill for 10 minutes I turned this game off for good).

If one can look over the odd, “brave Sir Arron ran away” combat method, and a ineffective story sewn together from fantasy cliche’s, there is some fun to be had with Nightcaster.
