  1. An obvious attempt to cash in on the street racing craze by providing bargain-basement production values, unlicensed cars, and about as much excitement as a half-lit sparkler.
  2. There's no good reason on God's gray earth why anyone would want to play this street racing game when there are so many good ones available.
  3. The Xbox is not bereft of good racing games, and this one is just plain bad.
  4. Unless you are a fanatic of tuning and modding vehicles, steer clear of this mess.
  5. RPM Tuning isn't even worth a dumb racing joke about flat tires and blown engines. Please, Kemco: Stop. [May 2005, p.86]

    Street racing is a scene based on flash and presentation, and Top Gear RPM Tuning simply doesn't have the goods.

    I have played Juiced, Need for Speed Underground 2, Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, Forza Motorsport, and Burnout 3: Takedown. I think Top Gear I have played Juiced, Need for Speed Underground 2, Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, Forza Motorsport, and Burnout 3: Takedown. I think Top Gear RPM Tuning is still a great street racing game. Full Review »
