You'll definitely get your twenty bucks worth and then some for Adventure mode's script and some of its choice dialog alone, and putting the wheel to the road in Free Ride isn't a chore at all.
Babylon Games has put together a decent game, but not one that can compete in current, over-crowded market of tuner-style titles.

Street racing is a scene based on flash and presentation, and Top Gear RPM Tuning simply doesn't have the goods.
The Xbox is not bereft of good racing games, and this one is just plain bad.
Unless you are a fanatic of tuning and modding vehicles, steer clear of this mess.
RPM Tuning isn't even worth a dumb racing joke about flat tires and blown engines. Please, Kemco: Stop. [May 2005, p.86]
