  1. It's not to say that the adolescent humor isn't funny; some of it is hilarious. It's just that this movie lacks the overarching comic sensibility that made "Mary" and even Adam Sandler comedies like "Happy Gilmore" and "The Waterboy" so satisfying.
  2. A considerable cut above the crop of recent features by other 'SNL' alums.
  3. 38
A pathetically dumb attempt to string a bunch of second-rate skits together like a garland of rotten cranberries.

I laughed, yes, I did, several times during Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo. That's proof, if any is required, that I still possess streaks of immaturity and vulgarity.

  1. One of the funniest movies I've ever seen, yet it still has heart. Rob sneider is brilliant in this movie. He really made me laugh which is huge cuz a lot of comedies nowadays don't really do it for me. Expand

Deuce Bigalow is a hilarious movie. It might not be the smartest film but it has some of the funniest lines to date. Rob Schneider is great along with all the other characters. Expand
  3. Silly, perhaps, but Rob Schneider is such a likable actor that it really doesn't matter and this is a very funny film. As long as you don't sit there taking it too seriously and laugh along at some pretty out there jokes then you will have a good time, but you will need to 'get' Schneider's comedy in order to enjoy it. It's also a clever concept too I think of an Average Joe taking over the role of a Gigolo and he pulls it off perfectly, so if you're in need of a good chuckle look no further Expand

Rob Schneider, I don't care if you are friends with Adam Sandler, there are many more comedians more deserving (and more funny) to have the their own movie than you. Expand
