    Being a fan of Zinn for quite some time, I found this movie to be a great way to get to know the man behind the books and legends. It's a wonderful film that not only shows his life, but his actions too. A great argument for leftist politics.

    Howard zinn is one of the most intelligent and inspiring people of my time and i am honored to be able to have seen this documentray. it inspires me in ways no other film has ever been able to do.

    The ideas are generous and inclusive rather than divisive: Zinn wants history to be seen and to be experienced from every possible perspective.

    This video profile by Deb Ellis and Denis Mueller allows his significance to register and his charisma to shine despite a pedestrian approach that's especially awkward in its use of archival footage.
