    A bottom-rung Bette Midler vehicle disguised as a biopic of novelist Jacqueline Susann, the movie is a wannabe satire shackled by misplaced reverence.

    Despite Bette Midler giving her all, the film was overtly bland and not amusing. Something simply was missing from Isn't She Great... and it was missing for the entire film. Expand
