A ridiculous piece of propaganda featuring the supposed persecution of Christians in America with no basis in reality. If you like Bill O'Reilly, you will enjoy this movie.

Incredibly bad right-wing propaganda film is so ridiculously pompous and self-righteous that it inspires more laughter than reverence for its premise, the largely-imaginary War on Christmas that seems to obsess Fox News devotees. Devoted to supposedly dire events that have never, ever happened in this country - a war hero mayor being fired for putting up Christmas decorations - the film ultimately denigrates and trivializes the sacrifices of real-life veterans in service of a script so offensively dumb that only the most vapid and paranoid of viewers will find any satisfaction in this lugubrious turd. This is less of a movie and more of a propaganda-crammed train-wreck. With a boring story, bland characters, and filmwork that would make a home video look like the next Scorsese, it would have been much better off getting canned and making room for something that is actually worth the price of admission. Take the money and get some sleeping pills if you'd like to have the same experience as seeing this "film". Expand

It's like a B-movie written by Fox News pundits about the so-called "War on Christmas" - except at least B-movies have monsters. The only monster in this movie is the acting. The only monster in this movie is the acting. There's a cliche every minute to the point of becoming unwatchable, only made worse with painful attempts at humor. The worst thing is that it's not even funny bad, just bad bad. I wish Metacritic allowed minus ratings so I could give this negative one million. Expand

I'll give you $15 bucks to stop making crappy religious movies like this one. "Last Ounce to Courage" doesn't have enough stamina and therefore, I'd wish they have an ounce of dying instead of courage. It's even worse than Act of Valor.

This movie has good messages, but good messages do not make a good movie. If I were to yell, "I love America" into a camera for two hours I would not have a good film. If I were to yell, "I love America" into a camera for two hours I would not have a good film. This movie has terrible production value, resolution, writing, pacing, cinematography, and direction. This film deceptively tries to be something it is not. Most B grade films are self aware of the cheesiness and camp. This film takes itself way too seriously for what it is. Expand
