It is what it announces at the beginning, a film about nothing. That's not to imply that nothing occurs. The film is quite funny and I was entertained throughout. Would I watch it again? Probably not, but I'm glad I saw it once. Expand

I wanted to hate this film. But I couldn't. It's so random and plot less that it seems absolutely unnecessary to create. Yet I did like it. The way everything fit together all made sense, no matter how dumb it sounded.

Rubber is a surprisingly enjoyable film that doesn't take it's self seriously. When I first heard of the premise I thought "god that is an awful idea for a film" after watching it I realized how wrong I was and how any premise came be saved.
