A wildly funny film for all fans with a refined sense of nerd-humour, this is a must-see.
If this movie is well and truly a wrap for The Venture Bros., though, Radiant Is the Blood of the Baboon Heart could not be any more worthy or fitting of a farewell to one the greatest animated comedies to air on television.

yeah its not perfect, and feels a little rushed, but whatever. Its just a great send off for one of the greatest tv series of the last 25 years.

If we were never to see the Ventures again, “Radiant” lets us part with them on a high note, but hopefully this end is just the beginning.
A still somewhat convoluted wrap story that clarifies a few of the show’s bigger mysteries while indulging in a parade of series callbacks of varying quality.
As a long time fan of The Venture Bros. (literally in my top 5 tv shows of all time, without question), its initial cancellation destroyed me in ways I couldn't even describe...Which is why the announcement that ultimately it WOULD get the finale it deserved via a movie made me so happy. Yet at the same time, I couldn't help but worry; I mean, this show ran for nearly 2-decades, could they really bring it all together? And man...I'm so, so happy they managed to do just that. This movie was everything and more I wanted as a longtime fan. Am I gonna pretend it was perfect? No, obviously not- you can tell much of the story they told here they had been planning for their original full season idea. Its rushed here and there, and the fact they didn't get to tell their whole story is disappointing. But everything that is here is bound to satisfy anyone and everyone who wanted a true ending for this cast of characters. The jokes are on point, the stories satisfying, the animation gorgeous- the perfect ending for me. The whole time while watching I couldn't help but feel in denial that this would be the last time I'd see these characters. But in the end, I'm glad they got to tell one last **** Team Venture!

O filme infelizmente não funcionou para mim, muito devido a ser minha primeira experiência com o material, tudo é muito corrido e sem nenhuma apresentação de personagens, de modo que não indico para quem não conhece nada a respeito, é preciso, portanto, conhecimento prévio.
Ainda assim, é uma aventura que achei muito dialogada, ao menos das produções de adultos, é o que mais o texto me agrada, com palavrões e piadas na medida certa, não apenas para causar impacto ou dar uma de "evoluído", tudo é muito orgânico e inteligentemente funcional.
Um ponto positivo é que o traço da animação é muito bem feito, é muito agradável de assistir, mesmo não apelando para uma ação desgovernada, quando há a ação tudo é muito crível, aliás, a cena quando levitam num campo de gravidade artificial ficou perfeita tecnicamente.
É uma pena que descamba para a verborragia, e torne-se um filme carregado, pesado, cujos minutos parecem ter muito mais do que se apresenta.

The movie start on a very messy pace going in all directions always trying to be funny but failing most of the time. I would say it is trying to be on the same level as Futurama but the writing has non of the talent required. Special mention for the voice of one of the character that reminded me of tales of the borderlands!
