That was an exceptionally clever film.
If you aren't paying attention you will completely miss what is really happening.

Lets just say that any critic who complained about the semi-emotionless acting of the girls or the seemingly unconnected dream sequences completely missed the real story.

Truly amazing action sequences, Violet & Daisy absolutely delivers great sweet bonding, and positive messages about friendship, the plot was interesting and the acting was really good, I had a great time while watching this movie, I highly recommend it to any one who is willing to have fun!

Late James Gandolfini won't mind a chessy-action flick after his death, would he? Violet And Daisy is a corny movie starring Saroise Ronan yeah, THAT girl from The Host and another chick. It's a story about two sisters and their job of assassins with a mild taunt mission to hunt down a mega criminal played by Gandolfini. Let me get this straight- Violet And Daisy is FUN. Just awesome, Bourne and Taken with Superbad type FUN. It's jarring and violent with a hyper speed that's pumping till the end. Expand

I loved Violet & Daisy it is sweet but solid, it has a lot of blood and intense scenes, it never gets boring it is always interesting, but it is imperfect, it has some glitches in the plot that you would pass them easily, for example the plot is silly, that they want dresses, but the acting is great and the execution is really good.

The only reason to watch VIOLET AND DAISY is if you are very fond of the three lead actors. Otherwise the tedium and lack of believability make it difficult to watch through to the end. Find another way to say goodbye to James Gandolfini.

So self-conscious that it alienates the viewer early and often.

Gandolfini's quietly magnificent performance is the only reason to see Violet & Daisy.

Predicated almost entirely on the repeated juxtaposition of innocent girlishness and mindless violence, Violet & Daisy could still have been campy fun — instead, it wilts for lack of wit.
