Amy Robach

Biography: Amy Robach is a regular correspondent and occasional news and feature anchor for The Today Show. Amy got her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Georgia with honors. She anchored broadcasts locally in Athens and interned at WNGM-TV. She spent four years as a reporter and weekend anchor for WCBD-TV in Charleston, South Carolina covering hurricane relief and other feature stories like the Citadel. Amy also spent time as an anchor for WTTG-TV in Washington, DC during post-9/11, and also covered the serial sniper attacks. She joined MSNBC in September of 2003 where she did news reading for Today.

In June 2008, Amy became a National Correspondent for Today, where she anchors the third hour with Ann Curry and Al Roker, while Natalie Morales is on maternity leave. Amy co-anchors their Today Weekend show on Saturdays with Lester Holt. She can also be seen on NBC Nightly News and other MSNBC news programs. Amy and her family reside in Manhattan.
