Carly Schroeder

Biography: Carly Brook Schroeder was born in Valparaiso, Indiana on October 18, 1990. At the age of three, she began her carrer by doing print work in Chicago. Her role as Serena Baldwin on Port Charles in 1997 gave Carly her first big break when actor Kin Shriner saw her in a Shake 'N Bake commercial.In 2004, in what was originally just a one-time appearance, Carly was cast in the role of manipulative, rascally, but completely lovable, Melina Bianco, Matt's girlfriend in Disney's hit series, Lizzie McGuire.Carly's other television guest starring appearances include Dawson's Creek, George Lopez, Cold Case, Ghost Whisperer, and most recently, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.Carly has starred in eight movies including Growing Up Brady, Mean Creek, Prey, Firewall, Eye of the Dolphin, Gracie, Prayers for Bobby (TV) and Forget Me Not (unreleased).She is currently attending college and involved in volunteer work for St. Vincent Meals on Wheels (Los Angeles, CA).
