Biography: Carter Jenkins began his acting career in his home town of Tampa, Florida, beginning with Community Theatre around the age of seven. After the performance of a community play, Carter was approached by a local agent. He started out doing commercials, but ended up wanting more. He was sent to L.A. for his training and auditions. After two weeks in L.A., he was represented by a top agent and became a TV actor. Coming from a very close family and not wanting to be separated, his success made it necessary to make a move to Los Angeles. Carter now lives in Los Angeles with his parents, older sister and brother. In addition to acting, Carter enjoys playing baseball, basketball, and football. He loves being with his family and having fun, and, although not living in Tampa anymore, he is still a Buccaneers fan.
