Erika Christensen

Biography: Erika Christensen, born August 19, 1982 in Seattle, was raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California where she discovered her passion for performing. As a child, she did a lot of singing, dancing, and acting. With her experience joining local theater group, Erika fell in love with being on stage and knew early on that acting was what she wanted to do in her life.

At age 12, her parents helped her hire an agent and a manager. Soon after, she began doing commercials, the first being a commercial for the national advertising giant, McDonald's. Erika also appeared in Michael Jackson's music video for his song "Childhood". She made her film debut with Disney's Leave It to Beaver in 1997. Her performance in the movie drew enough attention that she soon landed roles in many television series thereafter. Erika never ran out of projects as she appeared in at least a dozen films and made-for-TV movies since 2000, most notable of which were her roles in the 2002 psychological thriller Swimfan and the 2005 action thriller Flightplan co-starring Jodie Foster.

In Fall 2006, Erika was cast as one of the six main characters in the short-lived ABC drama Six Degrees.
