Trine 2 is a lesson of how a great game should be. Action, platforming, puzzles, an impressive visual design, a great soundtrack, amazing level design and one of the best cooperative modes, both local and online, we have seen in a very long time.

    Fez
If you like the retro style, 2D platforming and above all good taste, Fez is your game. One of those outstanding games that raises the bar for what to expect from an indie studio. A must-have for Xbox Live Arcade.

The best first-person shooter on the App Store. It improves upon the second entry of the series, polishing its flaws, adds more duration and offers a good multiplayer mode, although a bit too classic. And its graphics are outstanding.

After twelve years, Blizzard has achieved a great return in Diablo, with the same trademark gameplay, easy to play but hard to master, and some changes that are controversial for some players. Some wanted it to be more traditional, others wanted many more changes, but the game is as fun as ever and provides for tons of hours.

This is a game you cannot miss. The whole game offers more than many retail titles, for only 1,200 Microsoft Points. The visuals are stunning, the battle system is entertaining and there's many maps for us to explore. We can conclude by saying that it's one of the best games on Xbox Live Arcade.

One of the best games available on iOS, and almost on any other portable device. It vanishes the line between portable devices and portable video game systems. A beautiful and entertaining story and a rich gaming offer, together with its stunning graphics, make Horn worth it of any iDevice.

Guild Wars 2 has a lot to offer, and on the top of that, it's technically and artistically amazing. It innovates, offers a unbelievable PvP (with a unique combat system), it is localized and doesn't rely on subscription fees. The success of Guild Wars 2 relies on its future, even though right now it's one of the best PC games so far, and it will work for experienced players or casual ones.

One of the best games on PlayStation Vita. It expands the possibilities of the previous episodes of the series and makes the most of the hardware. It's a great example of what PS Vita has to show, and proves that LittleBigPlanet won't stop growing. Unmissable if you're a LBP fan, and a game you should definitely try if you're not.

The best Assassin's Creed and one of the best games of the year. Bigger and better, and still an Assassin's Creed. It takes the core of the series and takes it to a whole new level in almost every aspect. It provides dozens of hours of gameplay, and, if you forgive some technical issues, you'll be in front of one of the best adventures we've seen in the last few years.

It brings back all the elements that made the previous episodes as great as they are, wrapped up by Star Wars. It's still as fun as always, and really recommended if you're a fan of any of the series.

It's hard to find weaknesses in this game. If you don't like it probably it's just because you'd rather play something else. But Ni No Kuni is way more than just pretty graphics or a nice story: it's one of the best RPGs on PlayStation 3.

Street Fighter IV is a very welcomed arrival of a classic that returns stronger than ever. Its adaptation to current times, making the most of the current graphical capacity to enhance the experience without taking unnecessary risks, and keeping the same gameplay which made it triumph, yet with interesting changes, is an example of how a franchise can be resurrected and led to present without losing its essence.
