Sep 6, 201010This is my favorite comedy show since arrested development. Full of references and parodies. Hilarious and superb writing. The paintball episode may be the best in television history.
-
Jan 11, 201210Go Greendale! The best comedy show on air. Each episode is a surprise, and humor is bright and quick. The characters have extreme personalities, but this is fun!
Each week waiting for the new episode, and now I hope that NBC continues it! Please! -
DaltonJan 15, 201010Community is the first new show in years that I look forward to each week. A great ensemble with quick, witty writing.

-
AdamsFNov 20, 200910Great show that is getting better each week. The characters are loveable and the jokes are fast paced and clever. Sure there are always happy endings but I find myself rooting for the cast so it all works out. Keep it on the air NBC!

Nov 19, 201010Never before in my young life have a seen a show funnier than Community. An enormously funny cast. Danny Pudi's performance is amazing. Why this show wasn't nominated for any Emmy's is beyond me. This show is streets ahead!

Oct 17, 20108Its consistency was almost enough to stop watching it, but the series really found itself over the course of the season and provided a couple of perfect parody episodes ("Modern Warfare," "Contemporary American Poultry"). Joel McHale is pitch-perfect and the entire ensemble is great.

BrandonSSep 18, 20090Love The Soup, love Joel McHale. I was looking forward to this show a lot - and it took about five minutes for my wife and me to turn this off. Supremely unfunny, it was disastrously bad.
-
-
RobWSep 18, 20092I watched the entire show and never laughed once and I tend to laugh at everything. There is humor here but it is diluted by the premise that Community colleges are for losers that can't for whatever reason go to a regular university. This is a disservice to many people for whom community colleges are a more affordable way to higher education.
-
-
KF.Sep 26, 20093The premise is decent and the cast has promise but the chemistry and timing are so off it's hard to stay focused for very long. Joel McHale's character needs to be unleashed for this sitcom to realize it's true comic potential.
-
-
JohnD.Sep 26, 20098Great potential for a terrific comedy show. All the characters seem to have backstories that I'm very interested in finding out as the series progresses. No one in show biz comes near Joel's comic timing and delivery. This show can only get better. Loved it.

Sep 7, 201010One of the funniest shows on TV right now along with The Big Bang Theory. Danny Pudi (Abed) should be considered a top contender for an Emmy next year. One of the best ensemble casts since Friends in my opinion. You can never go wrong with Chevy Chase. Side note: Alison Brie...Wow...I want to kiss her face.
-
Oct 8, 201010This smart, upbeat show, takes us on a great sitcom adventure. Not a dull moment in the show! One of the best comidies since "The Big Bang Theory". The show is witty and creative and should be nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy. The acting is superb and amazing. This is one of the best TV shows I've ever seen and I hope you guys get a chance to watch it.
-
Aug 22, 20113It's like watching an inside joke that they never let you in on. Are these people supposed to be funny or likable or even interesting? Listening to people rave about this show is like when the kid in high school tells you how great the school newspaper is. Dull writing, unfunny cast.
-
Apr 23, 201110This is my favorite TV show. the role of Chevy Chase as Peirce Hawthorne perfectly fits him. I love the community. The characters might be middle aged or in their 20's but they sure know a lot about comedy. :))

Jan 19, 201210I'll admit the pilot and start of Season 1 may seem very forced but Iove how this show develops! It's one that once I started watching I'd say "one more episode..." to myself. Definitely up there with Arrested Development and Clone High on the humour stakes.
-
Feb 17, 20129There are a few shows that push the boundaries and move into something of a creative realm. This is one of those shows; with constant nods to movies, and othe pop culture it is a show made for and appreciated well. There are episodes that stand out like the Paintball episodes, Abeds claymation episode, and others. Written well and acted well.
-
AlbertN.Sep 24, 200910This show is brilliant. It might be a good way to test intelligence. The less intelligent being individuals who didn't find the show funny/ entertaining. If you love Jay Leno and reruns of Full House, this might not be the show for you.

-
NanA.Sep 25, 20091Dull, stupid, and pointless. I've laughed more watching my cat play with yarn. I mean really, the thing with the Spanish teacher was incredibly innane.

JaysonSep 26, 200910The show is a hit. Joel McHale does an excellent job along with the rest of the cast. Thank goodness NBC took a chance because they hit it out of the park!
-
-
AsadM.Sep 26, 20092Trying to do way too much in any single episode. It is not as subtle as the Office and not nearly as quick witted as 30 Rock. It will probably be canceled soon.
-
-
AFOct 1, 20092Its not funny. The story makes no sense; I am not sure how they have come to look to McHale's character for for guidance. Maybe thats the joke but I just don't get it. The characters have no chemistry.

-
BryceHSep 27, 20091I saw the second episode and this has to be one of the worst shows I have ever seen. I feel sorry for Chevy Chase for being a part of something so pathetic. It's a show worthy of being lampooned on the Soup, which the usually hilarious Joel McHale should focus.
-

JennyCNov 13, 200910with 30 rock, one of my top picks for an instant pick-me-up laugh. Great one-liners, smart, funny, love the cast so much! Who knew Community College could actually be cool.

RichardS.Sep 23, 20090I am about as tolerant a person as there is, plus I love off-beat comedy. Just hearing that Chevy Chase is in a cast starts me laughing. But, not only did this show lack anything funny, was contrived, and seemed poorly written, but, it was the most offensive show I have ever seen on television. Shame on NBC!
-
-
Sep 8, 201010The first new comedy I've been excited by since, well, since I don't know when -- years. Utterly original. Equal parts wry self-awareness and spit-your-food-out hilarity. And lest I neglect to mention Donald Glover...
-
Jan 1, 20119Holy crap NBC made something I actually like. The cast is superb, love Ken Jong, Chevy Chase, John Oliver, Joel McHale is classic. Watching Pierce (Chevy) fall down and knock stuff over is still funny. Love Abed and Troy. Just a fun show. Lots of references and spoofs. HEH!
-
Nov 19, 201010This is the best show on tv, right up there with the office. I seems that people that don't like this show are either old or have a horrible sense of humour.

Jun 16, 201110This has been my new favorite NBC comedy since The Office got cancelled after only TWO seasons! (I know it wasn't cancelled but I like to pretend that everything after season 2 never happened). For movie/tv/music/pop culture/ comic book nerds or fanboy/girls this show is for you. it has something for everyone. troy and abed in the morning!
-
Feb 13, 201210This is the funniest show on television right now. If you are new to the show don't start with the pilot, I really get the feeling that because the pilot sucked they thought it would be scrapped so told the writers to do whatever until they got the axe. After the first run of episodes the show finds its stride so I would really recommend watching this show in case its cancelled for good.
-
May 26, 201110This show just keeps getting better. Possibly the best show on TV, I love those paintball episodes. actually it is the best show on TV with fantastic acting end amazing writing, I have a feeling season three will be even better.

Oct 3, 20110OK, well the first season I thought I liked the show, had some interesting twists. But as the second season came along, and now this one...it's just getting weirder and weirder. I just don't enjoy the show any more.
-
Oct 13, 201110One of the best comedies I have watched in a long time, so much scope for development for the characters within the main cast, and outside too. I cant see anyone being disappointed in this. First class. Modern Warfare is possibly the funniest episode of anything I've ever watched!
-
Dec 20, 20119Growing every episode, worst being the pilot. Fresh, imaginative and funny, it's one of these shows you wish never end. Great characters, I like them to be that fantastic (in a fantasy way), but if you look deeper, you may find them astonishing real.

JouniHJan 3, 201010Man, this really is the best series in a loooong time. I just loved the four-season series Ed to bits and this Community reminds me of Ed a whole lot. The cast is perfect and the humor is witty and timing perfect. I have to say I've even had to hold back tears during a couple of episodes. :) Just amazing.

BrainfireSep 28, 20097The first episode was so good I felt it was almost on the level of 30 rock. The 2nd was good too. Until the last half. It seemed to fall off a cliff. Right after the Ken Jeong rant? Did anyone notice that?

Dec 27, 201010Smart show with fantastic references and unrealistic dialogue, but it's a comedy and that's to be somewhat expected. Only has one useless character (Shirley) and rarely has a stale episode. Those that are stale still have good writing. By far, the funniest sitcom on broadcast television. I look forward to every episode.

best show, unique dynamic, likeable character, great storylines, stop motion xmas special, a john woo paintball style episode, and an awesome zombie episode! so good! -
Sep 15, 20116A solid start to a show that gets SO much better. "Community" does a fine job of establishing characters here, they're just not quite so fluid on the execution.
-
Jan 15, 201310Community is just, well it can't be described in words unfortunately. Community is by far the best comedy show/series since friends in my opinion. Yes it IS that good, just watch it and you will know why, it's just unexplanable.

Jan 23, 20120You either love or hate show, and I can't stand it. In my opinion, this show caters to people with a schizoid-type personality: socially awkward, eccentric, snarky, emotionally flat, critical, pretentious, quiet, and very neurotic. Just my two cents.
-
If creator/writer Dan Harmon earns only a "C" for the framework of his show, he gets higher grades for its brisk pace and clever writing. And some extra credit is in order for casting, as well.
-
75As long as the jokes stay barbed, fast and witty--as they are in the pilot--there's more than enough reason to keep following the band of misfits.
-
50Community embraces the traditional sitcom notion of “family” being what you make of it, but it’s a little too self-conscious about the genre’s cliches--or at least, feels that way because its satirical elements aren’t as crisp as they need to be.
