The 100 offers up a well-conceived society on the Ark that brims with conflict and moral dilemmas that’s paired with the unexpected discoveries of frontier exploration on Earth.
This is the most underrated show that needs to be appreciated. I like the fact that the plot is unpredictable and it will make you want more for the next episode. The previous seasons, I can say that the characters are not learning from their mistakes and keep doing the same mistake but that's who we are after all. I think this season (6) the characters are different. Can't wait.
Cusick has done this role before so often, he might even be mixing and matching scripts. Washington looks so bored, he might nod off. The 100? If we’re marking days on a calendar, that’s being optimistic.
The 100 is an amazing show with amazing character relationship and development, as well as exciting and interesting stories throughout the series. As we now enter season 6 in 2019, no character is the same from season 1. Every season seems to introduce new characters with dynamic backstories. Also parallels are evident from season to season, and certain aspects are referred to throughout the series. The characters and the viewers lose many beloved ones and it can be painful. But I continue watching and rewatching every season because I have fallen in love with these characters.
Very off and on . The original concepts are few and far between but are nice to see and it is hard to enjoy when so much agenda is being forced down your throat and so many characters appear to be created to fit a particular political viewpoint. Add to that the oh so trendy adult teenager cast
The show had potential , but every-time it got to a good place it seemed to ruin it with the criticisms listed above . Overall , not horrible and it is watchable . If trying at times . But it could so easily of been improved
Considering it is a CW show, I was lenient and expected a show that relied more on teenage love triangles to steer the plot more than science fiction. It was exactly that and while it is undoubtedly entertaining, there just isn't enough to make me care for the characters throughout an entire season.
While the plot itself could be rather cunning, illogical behavior of both characters and surrounding world (e.g. any decision made by dropped teens (ok, we could let it off because they're teens) or a water snake, giving up it's prey for a stone and leaving just few small scratches after tossing the prey all across the lake) and stupid dialogues just destroy the pleasure and I just can't make myself believe in the story. Anyway, this review is based on first four episodes of the first seasons, so impression might change. I strongly doubt it will, tho.
