A console racing game would be hard to do justice on mobile, but Blur Overdrive has just enough old and new to appease both fans and newcomers.
It may not be the work of the original Blur team, but Overdrive captures enough of the magic of its predecessor to make it a worthwhile download - although be prepared to dig into your pockets to purchase in-game currency.
Despite its flaws, however, Overdrive captures the essence of its progenitor, though it also serves as a reminder that the much-missed Bizarre Creations isn’t coming back.
