No. Agent A isn't the next big adventure classic. The puzzles aren't as imaginative or challenging, the world not as captivating, and the journey not exactly that long or replayable. Classic or not, though, this is undoubtedly a very entertaining ride; a series of puzzles that are quite fun, especially if in search for something that is casual friendly, but also respects your intellect - and is cheap. As the cherry on top, it features a flawless and very pretty, '60s spy film style, with plenty of areas being wallpaper-worthy.

While the puzzles can be somewhat surface-level and may require backtracking, the colorful visuals give enough entertainment to never bore. It's a game that sets out to challenge the player with quirky and simple puzzles, and it does that well.

    Минусы:
-Видимо из-за того что это порт, многое из того что нарисовано имеет уж слишком плохую и из-за этого выбивающеюся текстуру
-Местами долгие анимации передвижения оч раздражают

Has Agent A: A puzzle in disguise succeeded on its mission to bring atmospheric espionage adventure with thrilling story and well designed puzzles to the screens of our computers? There are many pros on the game - catching story worth to follow, charismatic main villain, sense of humor, well designed puzzles forcing you to use keen eye, logic and memory; well balanced difficulty of puzzles, user friendly controls, stylish 1960’s like graphics, music inspired by espionage themes, dubbing of Ruby La Rouge. You won’t really find many cons here - maybe the optional hardcore difficulty to provide a challenge for hardcore players and more charismatic main hero with dubbed voice and humorous one-liners.

    Pros:
    - story
    - main villain
    - sense of humor
    - puzzle design
    - balanced difficulty
    - controls
    - graphics
    - music
    - dubbing of main villain

    Cons:
    - no real challenge for hardcore players
    - not too charismatic main hero without dubbing

Agent A: A puzzle in disguise delivers almost perfect 1960’s espionage game atmosphere spiced up by the charismatic main villain, well designed puzzles where you need to pay attention to details and use your memory and intellect and all of these wrapped up into great audiovisuals. Although purely a single player game I think that you will also have fun while playing with your family and it is definitely a good game for training memory and logical thinking. I have really enjoyed playing this game in a style “one more puzzle to crack and I will go to sleep” and thus I am giving it Thumbs Up and VideoGaming Father’s Index 8+ out of 10 - highly recommended!
