    Repentance is a must have expansion that sublimates the base game to make it the greatest Rogue-lite of its generation.

    Repentance doesn't add anything particularly game-altering to the formula; it's not going to win you over if you don't like this style of roguelike. What it does do, however, is add huge amounts of content to the already massive base game (and other DLCS) that is The Binding of Isaac. On top of that, there's some even more hardcore endgame content, including a series of new, game-breaking characters to unlock. Not bad for $15.

    The Binding of Isaac: Repentance is an incredible achievement that goes beyond just being a DLC expansion. This is another load of thread connecting yet more pieces to the potential of the already brilliant base game. With all of these plates spinning, it's impossible to know how well a run is going to go at any given time, but it remains incredibly fun trying to figure that out.

    This DLC was worth the wait. The sprite changes look amazing, the new HUD is much smoother, and while I haven't unlocked the new charactersThis DLC was worth the wait. The sprite changes look amazing, the new HUD is much smoother, and while I haven't unlocked the new characters yet, from what I've seen from the original Antibirth mod, they are very unique and can allow you to have fun and make new overpowered combos. I can't really comment on the new challenges because I do not play the challenges. But this is a very good DLC. If you love Isaac, get this DLC asap.… Expand

    Like it's got all of this cool **** and the artstyle looks nice, but if it makes it a way worse game would you really be up with it? There's literally a challenge where your whole screen goes to **** and you're supposed to beat it. What the hell? Who thought this was a good idea? You've seriously ****** up, Ed.    … Expand
