Solid, chunky fun with chainswords. [Oct 2011, p.115]

Instead of simply clicking around a screen and hotkeying special moves like in Dawn of War, it's fun to actually control a Space Marine in a more personal, focused way.

It may not blow your mind, but you'll be too busy blasting everything that moves to care.

Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team is a pretty fun arcade shooter when someone is sitting beside you. Co-op is the only good part of this game because the singleplayer is seriously lacking and online support is nowhere to be found.

And "also-ran" hangs all over Warhammer 40K Kill Team, really. It isn't actively bad, but it makes enough missteps to fall short of good.

Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team is not an awful game. It lacks a lot of polish and gets repetitive quickly.

If you are looking for a simple action game that you can play with a friend in local co-op to kill a few hours, may be Warhammer 40.000 Kill: Team is your game.

While by no means a bad game, Warhammer 40.000: Kill Team doesn't completely succeed in softening the long wait for Space Marine. Repetitive missions, a hostile camera and an uneven difficulty ultimately make for a disappointing experience.

Kill Team's campaign is quite short and can be frustrating at times. Once your done the campaign, there are collectables to be found in each of the game's levels, but those alone aren't reason enough to play through the game again. Even though Kill Team is only $10.00, the game suffers from too many problems and your money is best spent elsewhere.

Kill Team's dual-stick shooting action has an old-fashioned arcade appeal, but it's too simple to stand out from the crowd.

Kill Team is a short-lived game. You can blow through it in a mere five hours, and forget it shortly thereafter.

It works. And you can kill some stuff. But that's about the only positive things I can say about it.

Ok that is not the end... you can see enemies with the radar, but no easy. You canot save until the ending of the level even if you have lot of temporary saves but you must finish a level to save it. I like the design of the ork's starship (and the inside too). A little good game like microbot, star raider, raw or tokyo jungle. Not the game of the year but some charms and lot of fun. Bad checkpoints, unskippable cutscenes and a real lack of any sort of skill involved anywhere. Game relies upon an overwhelming amount of orcs to throw at you.. if they dont kill you the extreme annoyance caused by having to redo and rewatch sections and cutscenes, again and again will surely do the job.
