Whether you’re looking for a learning experience or are simply a petrol head with a love for cars - or maybe a bit of both - Car Mechanic Simulator is a great game.
Car Mechanic Simulator may be a little rough around the edges as far as its optimization goes, but speaking specifically of its functionalities and its mechanics, it’s easily one of the most well rounded sims in recent memory. Furthermore, it doesn’t alienate the inexperienced, and instead, does a wonderful job at keeping its in-depth gameplay and its deep systems both accessible and easy to digest. I wholly recommend giving it a chance.
This game is great! I have never been so addicted to a car game in my life and if you’re someone who likes cars this game is the one for you! There are some minor drawbacks, for example sometimes something would glitch out when I assemble the interior of a car, or when a menu would stay up even though I already selected something and the menu should be closed, but those could be fixed easily in coming updates! I’m looking forward to the DLCs that will release for this port of car mechanics sim!
The game is great and has everything I wanted when purchasing this game, except it has only 4 real life cars ( Mazda RX-7 and RX-3, the Jeep Willys, and the Jeep Grand Cherokee, I think) I would give this game a 9 or 10 if they just added more real life cars, and fixed some annoying bugs.
If you’ve ever fancied having a go at being a mechanic but don’t like being covered in oil or having to actually do hard work, Car Mechanic Simulator is easy to recommend. As a game it’s far from being perfect, and it certainly isn’t for the masses, but it’ll prove to be entertaining to those who want to virtually fiddle under car bonnets to their heart’s content. There really is nothing else quite like it.
Car Mechanic Simulator is a solid sim title that aims to a very niche audience. There are technical flaws that doesn't offset the fun and solid gameplay loop.
Really enjoying this game, I’m finding it very addictive & interesting. I like buying vehicles from the junkyard & giving them a new look, as well as upgrades.
Car Mechanic Simulator is quite a delightful game due to the fact someone that knows cars, or not, can enjoy it. Car Mechanic Simulator is educational for beginners and for any car fanatics out there this is a must add to their library. It really lets you understand the makings and internal workings of a vehicle. I myself am an avid car lover and my favorite car I ever owned was my 2013 GT-R Black Edition which I. regretfully sold. I knew what parts to buy to generate performance or cosmetics like lighting, wheels, suspension etc. and how they worked or were put together, but I admit I have learned a bit from the game as I'm not a master mechanic nor do I work on my own cars as I prefer to let a real mechanic handle that. However being able to completely take apart and rebuild a car from scratch is a fun and allowed me the experience of modifying and building without the chance of messing up my own vehicles. Car Mechanic Simulator is realistic in regards to what one can expect in a video game simulator. There are a few bugs here and there to contend with but nothing game breaking or to prevent you from ultimately enjoying the game. I'm quite sure the bugs present will be updated as all games are updated over time thanks to the digital world we now play our games in. You even get the drive your cars to experience your master creations or monster beaters you have created. I was delighted by the game and was slightly unsure of it before diving in, as I've never played the long running series prior to now. Xbox owners that are interested in cars are definitely going to find things to love here and enjoy the game for what it offers, newcomers should have fun as well due to the educational factors involved if they even have the slightest interest in cars. Speaking to a friend who is a mechanic also enjoyed the simulation and felt it was well done from a mechanic's perspective. So whether you are a car fanatic or mildly interested in cars or the simulation genre then there is something here for you. You can enjoy the game at your own pace and aren't rushed in any manner to complete tasks or "tinker" with existing or your own recreations. Modus has brought this delightful game to The Xbox One family of consoles and I'm happy to report as a console version I felt the controls and game were easy to understand and create an immersive deep experience without over complicating the game at the same time. The price of admission is also spot on as there's plenty of content for you to sink your teeth into. So at the end of the day it's easy to recommend Car Mechanic Simulator to you.
Ah quel dommage !
