Jun 19, 2019Mini-Mech Mayhem is likely destined for the same kind of obscurity as FuturLab’s Tiny Trax before it, but there’s endless joy to be found from its frantic mash-up of tabletop gaming and VR. This is an untamable, often hilarious bit of strategy that’s to be enjoyed just as much when you’re throwing your hands up in defeat as it is in victory. I just wish I had more people to play it with.

Jun 21, 2019Mini-Mech Mayhem is a great addition to the PSVR library. It's an accessible and fun strategy title that can provide hours of fun. There are some issues that do need ironing out, but if you have a PSVR headset then Futurlab's latest creation is well worth getting.
-
Jul 8, 2019With its surprising level of complexity and depth, Mini-Mech Mayhem is a game that could have a wider appeal were it not crippled by its PSVR exclusivity.
-
Jun 18, 2019Minor complaints aside, Mini-Mech Mayhem offers PSVR owners a fun, bright, and lighthearted strategy game to fill that niche in their VR library. It’s approachable, engaging and packs in plenty of charm.
-
Aug 5, 2019Setting aside the problems of the playful offer, Mini-Mech Mayhem presents itself as a strategic turn-based fun, accessible and competently balanced.
-
Jun 28, 2019Mini-Mech Mayhem takes an interesting basic idea and develops it into nothing, resulting in a shallow experience with very limited content. The mini-robots are the cutest, though.
-
Jun 18, 2019Besides the aforementioned quibbles with its design or concept, it’s perplexing that this game was ever packaged as a VR title to begin with, and it probably should have been developed as a sharp smartphone app to first test its raw gameplay basics in the wild.
