Apr 23, 2020Moving Out performs a seemingly impossible balancing act. It's both a challenging couch co-op physics puzzler, and yet it's completely accessible to everyone sat on that couch, regardless of their video game experience. Moving Out is fun, it's frivolous, it's joyful and it will have you laughing from beginning to end. Who could ask for more?

Apr 23, 2020Moving Out is an exquisite party game about moving stuff from houses, farms, castles and other silly places. Suitable for every kind of gamer and even for a lonely player.
-
May 11, 2020The absurd story, satisfying gameplay and worthwhile co-op are enough to keep you engaged. The repetitive soundtrack and lack of multiplayer features, however, will put a bit of a damper on things. The good outweighs the bad, though.

Apr 23, 2020It’s hard to imagine moving house being this enjoyable. It’s equally hard to tell if Moving Out will serve as a cathartic release from cabin fever, or act as a depressing reminder of a more carefree reality.
-
May 4, 2020Moving Out is a gem of an action puzzler but is a little bit too light on content to be a true co-op classic.
-
Apr 27, 2020With such ironic tone, an easy to pick up, co-op approach, and elaborate furnishings designs, Moving Out was supposed to go smoothly. But like it often happens through these kinds of enterprises, SMG Studio's work proves neither as fun nor friendly as expected, because of tedious, if not hazardous collaborative mechanics sometimes, and a too rigid physics engine overall, despite generous difficulty settings.
-
Apr 30, 2020Its gameplay loop is easy to understand but hard to master, throwing new obstacles at your around every corner, it just doesn’t have the chaotic magic that made the Overcooked games special.

Aug 27, 2022Just like the 'Overcooked' series, the game is very fun, a good laugh for two people, and is generally perfect for couples!
