Feb 20, 2020The story and characters are ok and the gameplay gets a touch repetitive as time progresses, however, the fantastic music and fun visual design make this an overall entertaining time. Strategy element of the game is not quite as intense as other games in the genre but that fits with the goofy tone.

Dark Hero Days is not only one of the most enjoyable sequels with a lot to offer SRPG fans but it’s also one of the more surprisingly fun Disgaea games to come along on the PSP.

It's funny, it's charming, and it's an absolute blast to play for both aspiring Demon Lords and returning Overlords.

In a time when many games feel a bit watered down in order to appeal to a wide market, it's refreshing to play an unabashedly hardcore and complex game like this. Hands down, this is one of the deepest and most fun strategy games you'll ever play.
