    Disappointing game.
    I have the board game and the iPad version.
    I was so looking forward to the Switch Game. Asmodee Digital PLEASE listen to the users here, this game can be fixed. - Slow AI - game is frozen while it thinks - Constant rumble is ridiculous - I had to turn it off on the Switch - no such option via game *** Cant use it in normal handheld mode!!?! You have to

    You have to detach joycon controllers ........
    UPDATE - this appears to have been a glitch that resolved after the Switch was rebooted.

    actually a lot more entertaining than i expected, even playing against an IA, witch i did a lot, and also a lot with friends.

    i have some complains though: - you always use the same pieces, you can add like a river with a dlc but why not have different skins, like future cities just to name one - they should really make it so you can play with only one joycon - they should make

    - they should make a tutorial or rulevideo or something, this is a boardgame, the rules are always gonna need to be revised;

    - when too much tiles on screen if you zoom out the fps drops, and you cant record videos, this was early switch release and probably with a not too experienced dev team so im gonna give them a pass on this lack of better performance

    Carcassonne, the classic board game, lands on the Nintendo Switch, bringing a quality local multiplayer experience and the possibility of playing solo at any time and anywhere. If this sets the bar high, this version doesn't fully satisfy expectations due to its lack of an online component and of an asynchronous multiplayer mode, which puts this Switch version at a disadvantage.

    If you’re a Carcassonne fan who wants the game on your Switch, you should be happy to discover that the version that’s made it over offers a pretty faithful simulation of the real deal — and if you’ve never before played the game and you’re eager to learn (and don’t mind the easy AI kicking your butt repeatedly), then this is a pretty good time to start.

    Carcassonne on Switch is a good porting, with the incredible absence of the online multiplayer.
