Everybody who likes to dance doesn't have to do it public – with Dance Paradise you can stay at your place. Due to the common presentation and the repetitive dance moves you might get bored quite soon.

Dance Paradise will be a great addition to a dance fan's library, but won't be as compelling as its competitors.

The best crowd for this game is likely 20 somethings that want another dancing game to go with their Kinect system.

Dance Paradise is a good dancing game for those of you who spend a lot of time playing party games with your friends and are looking for something to just jump in to and have some fun.

In the end, Dance Paradise is a weird game as the dancing is quite limited and easy at the start but suddenly skyrockets to a whole new level.

Dance Paradise is not quite as deep as Kinect's launch title Dance Central, however it does prove a worthy purchase for the family home where the younger gamers want to jump in and get jiggy wit' it, and should even make for adequate training for other dance titles.

Overall, Dance Paradise is exactly what the game's name advertises: a respite from the sweet-inducing, mind-boggling physicality of titles like Dance Central and Dance Masters. [April 2011, p.79]
