Entertaining, funny, and smart! This movie combines all the right elements to make an intense situation into a fun movie! :-)

Amazing movie. The cast is simply mesmerizing, especially Steve Carell, the story is portrayed smoothly and flawlessly, and all financial jargon is constantly and creatively explained. 10/10 all the way.

With amazing cast, true story spun in a bit of comic way. Keeps the viewer entertained and interested until the very end.the direction is brilliant, and Christian Bale's performance is outstanding. I think this movie is an example of how the way you tell a story is as important as the story itself.

Good performances by the whole cast, especially Steve Carell. The pacing was great but it masked that it's basically a one note movie. Bankers are dumb and greedy. Not much else to say. I also did not care for the constant breaking of the fourth wall

From many aspects, it had tried to be something like The Wolf of Wall Street, but not successful it had been.
Its characterization was awful. Generally, The Big Short was the worst movie of 2015.
