'FBoy Island' Season 2

HBO Max

If you watched Season 1 of FBoy Island on HBO Max in 2021, you will see some familiar faces pop up when Season 2 premieres on July 14. And no, we don't just mean comedian Nikki Glaser who serves as the show's host and executive producer. Take a look at the second season trailer below and be sure to hit pause in a few strategic places, including the whiteboard with photos of the various contestants, to see who we mean.

The second season introduces three new women looking for love: Mia Emani Jones, Louise Barnard, and Tamaris Sepulveda. And 26 men looking to steal their hearts (or money). Because unlike in Season 1, this time Glaser tells the guys that they get to keep the prize money, even if they are an fboy.

If, at the end of the reality dating competition, the women choose nice guys, they each split $100,000 between them and their new romantic partner. But if they choose a fboy, that boy gets the full $100,000 to keep. (In Season 1, the money went to charity.)

Thirteen of the men in the competition are self-proclaimed nice guys and the other 13 are self-proclaimed fboys. Making things more complicated are the fact that some may keep their true status secret from the other guys in the house, while some may choose to confide in a guy or two.

The series concept was created by Elan Gale who executive produces for TheYearOfElan Productions alongside Jason Goldberg and Audrey E. Smith for STXalternative, Ben Bitonti, Glaser and co-showrunners Sam Dean and Bill Dixon.

FBoy Island currently has a Metascore of 67.
