Damon Santostefano

Biography: In his teens, Santostefano performed stand-up comedy in his hometown of Boston. He began working professionally as a director while attending New York University Film School, creating award-winning short films and documentaries. Santostefano established a production company where he developed and directed film and television projects for HBO, Showtime, PBS and Paramount Television. He also directed several Off-Broadway stage productions including award-winning plays at The American Place Theater and BAM Festival (Brooklyn Academy of Music).
As a screenwriter, Santostefano continues to write both original and assignment projects. He has also written and directed several pilots, most recently American Posse for the FX Network and Revenge for Fox Broadcasting Company.
