Season 2 Review: Legion is the most brazenly inventive series on TV. ... The genre mash-ups that result are often as weird as they are striking, and they delight as art objects even when they do little to advance the story. (I consider it a compliment to the show to say that it doesn’t care all that much about plot; others will not agree.) ... The frustrations and indulgences are all of a piece. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Very different kind of superhero show. It seems as if Dali and Tim Burton got together and got free reign over a TV show. It has some surreal confusing stuff mixed with some stylish design choices and some good music choices if I might say so. Some of the "monsters design" are really creative and so well done. The time monsters, were my favourites. They seem to be inspired by some Beatles art "blue monsters". But they were really creepy and convincing. A+

Sometimes the show gets a bit too confusing/weird to me, hard to know what is real and what is imagination (but isn't that the point?). English isn't my first language so maybe that is adding to the confusion. Overall a very memorable show, deserves those high ratings. The acting is really good, a lot of characters are very intriguing and so well played. If you like a less action oriented approach to superheroes (without lacking action) and a more "mind-oriented" experience, buckle up and enjoy the show, it's one of the best I saw.… Expand

This has got to be one of the most creative shows I've ever seen. The cinematography is just out of this world. Only other shows that are as good or come close are Mr. Robot, Homecoming and Breaking Bad.

The story is equally amazing and thought provoking. Don't want to go into details, but let's just say it kept surprising me with unpredictable things. When I thought the story was going this way it did a complete 180 and left me speechless.

One of my most favorite (comic-book) series ever together with Marvel's Daredevil.… Expand

This show is like none I've seen before - it's style (as of writing this) is one that no other show or movie has. It doesn't limit itself by what makes sense or what needs to happen, and instead chooses to do what it feels like.
