There are ample interesting ingredients here. But two subsequent episodes--Fox for some reason hasn’t provided the second one--are comparably hit and miss.
I love this series so much that I completely watched it 4 time already! It's fun, new, and emotional. The perfect combination from a comedy-drama TV show you would want.
A light dusting of Milton notwithstanding, its pitch is mainstream and middlebrow. A decently made series that is neither particularly original nor entirely predictable.
The show's creators have replaced the original Lucifer with neither a counterpoint nor an interesting abstraction. Instead, they've simply shaped yet another paean to the perfect dude, who can carry on a lewd, open affair with his psychiatrist, play matchmaker with Dancer and her ex, and solve every major crime that the LAPD is called in for.
Turning Lucifer into "The Mentalist" with slightly more CGI seems a waste of the character Gaiman and Carey made so vivid, but it still could have led to a decent show. This is just awful.
The concept of the show is interesting and brilliant. The main characters are compelling especially Lucifer. However, the mode that every episode tells a story and only develops the main characters a little bit becomes boring quickly. Season 1 is okay, but season 2&3 are too slow. Season 4 is a improvement, Eve is a good new character, but still could be better.
it could be fun watching this for whom have watched series like super natural and frienge and ... but lucifer is certainly so much weaker than **** some one like me who have watched all of great and top rated series lucifer is just like wasting my **** i advise people that are gonna watch lucifer،think twice
Couldn't get through the first season.
Cringe characters. Cringe plot. Cringe everything.
They took what should have been an interesting concept and ruined it immediately with childish writing and two dimensional characters.
