Practice is still terrible, and I'm still not ready to give up.
  2. The combined writing talents of creator Shonda Rhimes and Buffy the Vampire Slayer mainstay Marti Noxon cannot resuscitate the ailing subplots now infecting the Oceanside Wellness medical practice.

The show remains a poorly conceived piece of work that throws a whole mess of relationship and medical cliches at us and hopes for the best.

After nine tepid episodes (and a subpar season of Grey's) last year, there's less reason than ever to care about the dramedies and quirky cases of sexy doctors at a ritzy "wellness center," and the return episode trudges along like a 44-min. chore.

I enjoy this show very much. The only thing that throws me off is the fact that it five minutes too long. If it's an hour show leave it I enjoy this show very much.
