Season 1 Review: The more you care about dialogue, the less you will like it. Visually, though, the show is mesmerizing and immersive, particularly in moments of either complete chaos (underground kick-fighting match, raaaah!) or shocking stillness. The performances, particularly Tuppence Middleton as our pixie DJ and Freema Agyeman as Nomi's girlfriend, are terrific, but they're also squandered on stories that lack any real depth or texture. This is one of the best TV series of all time. Still don’t understand why they have cancelled the show.

Probably the best piece of media I've ever experienced. I've watched it twice and am on the 3rd one as of writing this. The show is beautifully shot with a lot of love and care put into every part of it.
