Review this tv show
Jan 13, 2020Don’t expect anything deep or meaningful, but it is a fun takeoff (or should I say, ripoff) of “What Women Want” and Eli Stone.
Music and choreography are acceptable, script, plot, and acting are predictable and trite.
Fun diversion with a few real chuckles thrown in. Will probably entertain if it stays away from trying to be too preachy.
Awards & Rankings
The cast is unusually good, with Mary Steenburgen as Zoey's mom and Lauren Graham ("Gilmore Girls") as her boss, who both get a chance to show off their musical pipes in later episodes.
