The game's quite easy to start with, because they give you the ladders you need, but it can get pretty frantic after a while, especially if you manage to unlock the other difficulty levels (there are four).
You can beat the easy level in a coma, and the next three levels only get marginally more difficult.
Hard-Hat Domo is for enthusiasts only. Enthusiasts of what? We'd rather not know.

Summary [DSiWare] In Hard-Hat Domo, Domo is a construction worker trying to get to the top of a building. Match ladder colors to floor colors - using cans of paint, if necessary - to earn points and continue climbing higher. Reach the top floor to clear each of the four levels of difficulty. [Nintendo]
