It’s already a greatly improved game than what came before it, and it won’t be long until the amount of content is there to match, so this is an easy upgrade for anyone who liked the original game.
It's a sequel that doesn't deviate too much from the comfort zone of its predecessor, but brings at least a few novelties and improvements. It does suffer from the fact that the unit is quite fragmented in terms of content after all the additions, but it all just takes time.

A game series that instantly surpasses The Sims in various ways.
HF2 does everything that those games did well in the early 2000s, but with whole lot more in terms of building and customization.
My only con is that, currently, you cannot buy an empty lot in the story mode and build a house from scratch on an income.
House Flipper 2 relaxes, increases creativity and truly is a must play for people who love home design.

Excellent graphics and beautiful environments with great attention to detail. Lots of variation in each scenario.

Very simple and easy to understand controls. Some abilities can be a little difficult at first but improve over time with the upgrades.

A wonderful game, but could use a little more variation with the furniture and décor, as it still feels a little bit limited in choice. But overall an excellent second game!

House Flipper 2 maintains the positive aspects of its somewhat experimental predecessor while achieving a polished and well-rounded gaming experience. While it may not appeal to everyone, for those whose preferences align, it delivers a satisfying gaming experience.
House Flipper 2 rewards creativity and puts out a relaxing vibe that can be downright addictive.
House Flipper 2 is fiendishly difficult to stop playing. Transforming homes from veritable garbage dumps into enviously slick pads through renovating, decorating and furnishing simply doesn’t get old.
I’d consider the smoother gameplay, more detailed story mode, and more interesting art style a fair trade-off for this extra content. There’s enough content in House Flipper 2 right now to keep players busy for a long time. I have a lot harder time accepting the major bugs the game currently features, though. In time, House Flipper 2 may well morph into one of the best examples of this sort of simulation title, but for now, there’s still work to be done.
While there is a lot of potential in House Flipper 2, it hits too many stumbling blocks that prevent it from achieving greatness. If you don’t bother with sandbox mode, at least in its current state, and opt to rush through the restrictive story mode quests, house flipping itself is good fun. So perhaps House Flipper 2 should just stick to its name and what it does best.
House Flipper 2 captures the essence of simulated productivity, offering a relaxing and immersive experience for players who find joy in virtual renovation. With minimal changes to the beloved formula, the game provides a soothing flow state and a sense of accomplishment in crafting aesthetically pleasing spaces.

House Flipper 2 is a miss chance for upgrade really House Flipper.
The graphic have not been improved, is only changed to a different and very cartoon one.
Many dynamic of the first game have been deleted, even the good ones, like the Before - After of an house after completing the restoration.
In general the game is very simple, and maybe more playable?
I don't think that House Flipper 2 is the right sequel to the first game I think this new game is practically completely different from the 2018 game.
I hope that with new DLCs the game could become the real sequel.

In general, you can spend time on this game, but most of the mechanics from House Flipper did not switch to House Flipper 2.They removed the evaluation of houses when selling it. There was a ready-made mechanic from House Flipper, but they just decided not to transfer it. During the walkthrough, I noticed a large number of bugs (you can not put the door in the opening, despite the fact that nothing prevents it). Technically, the game is terrible. Mistakes that make it necessary to change the layout of buildings are very annoying.

Let me preface this by saying House Flipper 2 is a fun game. If simplicity is what you're after, then it is perfect. Sadly, as a fan of the first game, I was disappointed. The game is TOO simple compared to the first one. You no longer have to install things like washing machines and showers, which was one of the things that made the first game so much fun. You felt like a real handyman. The sequel is much more simple, and feels a bit emptier as a result. There also aren't as many houses to work on yet, but I can only assume more will be added later in DLCs. Fans of the first game who plan on buying the sequel should know that before spending their money.

Just okay, as a sequel to House Flipper. While some things have improved, some elements are a step backward, and overall it just feels tedious and not very fun. Perhaps House Flipper never actually needed a sequel. There are also a few glaring omissions in the content, so expect DLC.
