If you're looking for a simple, yet addicting slicing game that actually has a point beyond an "endless mode," this is it. Despite the fact that there are a few questionable design decisions, this is basically one of the most fully featured slicing titles on the market.
There’s just something that’s so inherently satisfying about this simple style of gameplay, and KingHunt’s shining presentation works in perfect harmony with the intuitive slicing mechanics.
A simple but engaging expansion of the slicing genre, KingHunt is an enjoyable arcade blast.
KingHunt is truly the next generation of slicing games that provides over the top action that is perfectly suited for quick pick up and play.
Even taking those issues into account, KingHunt represents excellent value for money. It's clearly been a huge labor of love for all those involved, and it's about as good as we've come to expect from this niche genre of mobile gaming. Perhaps a future update will bring just a little more variety in combat.
Evolutionary rather than revolutionary, KingHunt is a fun twist on the Fruit Ninja motif.
Mountain Sheep’s stylish art direction and new ideas are promising, but in execution KingHunt is perfunctory and unfocused, relying too heavily on high scores to the detriment of its pacing and rhythm.
