I've generally been pretty fond of the "Mr." games, and this is by far the best one yet. Ponos knocked it out of the park with this simple game, and the extra modes round off the package and elevate it from a merely good game to a great collection of addictive, quickie minigames.
Like its predecessors, Mr. Ninja is a casual timewaster that offers a fun challenge that just keeps sucking us back in for one more go at it.
It's not the type of game I'll spend hours at a time playing, but it's certainly one of the best 99 cent quick-hits I've ever purchased from the App Store.
Mr. Ninja transforms a fairly well used vertical climber concept and transforms it in to the sort of skill-based high-scoring title the 'Mr.' series has become synonymous for.
A fast, one-button platformer that will have you twitching with the best of them.
There really isn't a whole lot to Mr. Ninja, but the gameplay mechanics are solid and it's a fun time in either short or long bursts.
A fun casual one touch game that you can pick up and play for ten minutes when waiting for the bus. It does`t offer any depth, and in the end the casual nature is what hurts it.
