After the major update, all the issues I had with the game are now non-existent! The addition of a map system makes finding your way through the game a lot better. The checkpoint system and scattered ammo crates are really nice as well.
The game loads much faster after cut scenes (which now have the option to skip), this was the biggest issue I had with the game prior to the major update this year. The graphics in the game are amazing, it makes me think that this game really raised the bar as far as Indies go. I haven't played many Indie games but usually there is a definite indication in the game.
I like the story, I like the environments, I like the puzzles, and I like the enemies you encounter. I have finished the game and I really enjoyed it.
After the update I see a huge improvements! The optimization is pretty darn good, no frame drops no enemy glitches and the levels load smoothly. I like the "skip" button on the cinematics, saves you time! The aiming is much better. The objectives is a must have in these games and the devs listened. The crates where you get ammo and other items is a life savior in some situation! Overall I am very happy with the game !!
Cut scenes leave a bad first impression, but the game's level design and actual gameplay are serviceable. Production is good, but not good enough in this modern age. I played the remastered version, which is probably better than previous versions from a year ago.
Crying is not good enough. nothing new to see here, awkward control and inventory system reminds me of a low budget amiga adventure game cant remember which if thats your thing this game is for you. Really wish someone would do something interesting and new with the survival horror genre.
SummaryCrying is not Enough is a Third-Person Survival Horror Game. The player has to face enemies, using weapons and other survival mechanisms. He has to solve various puzzles and make progress by slowly unfolding the story.
