  1. The single player is worth playing just as much as the online is. They both are lots of fun and at times the game can seem very chaotic but exciting all at the same time.
  2. Assessed solely on the single-player mode this game is a sizey, different and diverse lump of still-classic Resi gaming. Add online and add 5% to that score. [JPN Import; PSM2]
  3. Outbreak doesn't really live up to its potential, but it's a pretty good game for members of its already-established audience.

It still plays too much like one of the old games to feel like a real online title, but the one thing that could have been done to make it better -- namely, a workable communication system for players -- was skimped on.

It is because the game has so many good graphics that makes it interesting.
  2. Let me start this off by saying that the loading times and AI for this game are unforgivable. That being said, let's move onto the good stuff. The atmosphere is excellent, and I really appreciate that it gives us the chance to revisit many iconic locations in Resident Evil history. This game has a lot of replay value due to the fact that all of the characters are so distinct. Lastly, the fact that you can use just about anything as a weapon is a really fun idea. Expand
  3. Outbreak has a very cool opening that impress in all directions to the first few second to the next minutes. After getting grabbed by the overall great cut scene, and getting introduced to the gameplay, It felt nice for some minutes. After 15 minutes everything started to not plug or be interesting, starting with the story, then the "RPG" concept to it, didn't had a nice balance , to boring to repetitive. Also , to start with, this is where the game start to fall in pieces in terms of scary factors the crew responsible from this Outbreak developed more deep that problem in future games, when I say that I mean to RE5 that was just not what is Resident Evil. I wish this outbreak could had been more catastrophic. Expand

The only scary thing about this game is how bad it is. The puzzles are frustrating, the multiplayer is impossible. I did jump out of my seat once, but that was to turn off this wretched, horrendous excuse for a videogame. Expand
